San Francisco is abstract
Everything belongs in Frisco, nothing is odd or out of place
This is where all the outcast, misfits, races, ethnicity, Art, buildings, ideas, Dreamers, all find a home.
This was the place were the Beatnik Generation was berthed.
A place where nothing is strange, and everyone always has somewhere to be, or somewhere to go.
Its bustling.
Ramblers, Prophets, Poets, Protesters, Students, Artists, Pot Heads, Police, Homeless, Rich, Bikers, Workers all can co-exist together seamlessly

LaLa

At 86 she has 2 Iphones and more energy then I could ever encompass.
She gets me so excited about life I can barely stand it. Everytime she talks I start shaking and beatin’ on things, get goosebumps and jump outta my seat. Shes mad, Shes fiery, Shes wild about life. Always telling me to be true to myself. NEVER be anything different.
I fully understand why my uncle Jack fell in love and just had to have her. Heck, I’m in love with her. Such a spunky, stubborn, beautiful spirit.



Jack: “If you are around her for any length of time, you will find her enthusiasm for life is contagious. She can do push-ups, chin-ups, she’s a terrific golfer, expert water skier, and swimmer. She’s a lecturer, author, civic leader and business woman, in fact she runs BeFit Enterprises. She’s a super wife and a good friend. To me she is living proof of all that a woman can be!”

Jack said in an interview that husbands and wives shouldn’t try to change each other, Elaine LaLanne once said that their secret was to be friends with each other. They were married for 51 years before Jack died in January 2011.

Real Reality

Why Does my traveling and the life I am choosing to live make people so concerned and uncomfortable? They always say “Oh all right, but what do you really want to do with your life?” I say “That is what I really want to do!” They say, “Oh, but you’ll have to settle down and come back to reality.” What they don’t understand is that this is my reality.

The way you inspire astounds me every time you open your mouth. Artist. Full of color and life, your garden overflows.
Always raw. Always passionate. Stubborn to live the life you desire.

.Coastal Highway

The drive up the coastline from Morro Bay to Big Sur was incredibly breathtaking. The way the raod wound and wrapped itself, hugging the rocky mountain sides. Suspended betwen water and rock, high up above the coast, we drove. We flew by the cars, the bikers, the hikers, the photographers, everything. Fog kept rolling in and out, crawling its way up the steep slopes. The suns beams could barely poke their light through the density. However, right at dusk they created this pure art you see in the picture. Gods an awesome painter.

Sosua

Sosua.  Bus ride with pablo. stories shared. options A B and C. Silas.  Worship with the boys.  Home. Salsa!  Sleep. early morning. coffee. van ride. beach and shells. Snorkleing. fish. reef. vast. hose. converstation.  guitars and singing. talk to mom. killing flies with rubber bands. Pictures pictures pictures. silliness with silas. mango salsa

Snorkeling at the beach this morning was an amazing experience! Made me a bit scared of the water, because i realized how much life was under there. So much, and so little at the same time. Its so empty, so vast I had never thought about it before.  Such another world.  And i only saw a very little bit!  Water pressure and the burn of sea salt in your eyes and on your skin is something you have to get used to.  Nevertheless, something to check off the bucket list!

Perspective.

Being taken out of your element really forces you to re-evaluate how you see life. Differences like culture, climate, and language, can change the whole idea of what you call “life”. Is there only one way to live? A right way and a wrong way? No, I don’t believe so. Life is what you make it, and what you allow it to be.
